Good casual fare.
Ruby's is a Johnny Rocket's style diner with a larger menu. Situated at the end of Seal Beach Pier, it's a fun lunch place, but not so great for more formal occasions (first dates, etc.). There aren't any restrooms inside, leaving patrons to try their chances with Seal Beach's public pier restrooms. And as for eating light... dream on.
