Don't show up.
My mom has had a contract, paid 1/2 and tried working with these people since November, 6 MONTHS AGO, and they still haven't shown up. It's hard to rate quality or service when there is NONE. Hate to get lawyers involved, but it's coming down to it.

Very Professional Company
We will very much recommend this company for years to come they offer old fashion service, and are a very clean operation .
These guys removed all of the shingles, black paper and pulled all of the nails that were sticking up and installed our new roof as agreed , and it looks great! RSP done a few extras that they didnt charge for just to make our job look better!
