My 10-pound Jack-Chi, Remmy, absolutely loves going to Rover Oaks to be groomed. The front desk staff takes extra time and gives special care to my sometimes shaky pup (he is part chihuahua after all). I always get a friendly phone call when he's done and ready to be picked up, and he looks fabulous. The prices are very reasonable and I completely trust Rover Oaks Katy with my four-legged son. I'm about to begin the process of having him accepted to their day care program. I highly recommend Rover Oaks Katy!

You can board your pet at Rover Oaks Katy with complete confidence. I am very picky about who I will entrust my precious pet to, and Rover Oaks has proven MORE than worthy of my trust. My dog has stayed at this facility several times, and has also been groomed here. My dog LOVES staying here. He knows the routine, and the minute his overnight bag goes into the car he can hardly contain his excitement. It only increases as we near the facility. The staff is friendly, efficient and is always willing to answer any questions. When I call on status or leave messages, they are prompt to respond. This place is wonderful.

Rover Oaks Katy is the best! My two dogs love going there to stay, to play with their friends and to be groomed... I truly can't say enough wonderful things about the staff and facility . Becky the groomer is the best I have ever used, my dogs are always complemented on their cuts. I feel relaxed and comfortable when I am away knowing they are in such loving capable hands. Becky is by far the best groomer around! She has taken SO much time with my dog who has had issues with grooming. She is very patient and REALLy cares about the animals she grooms. Also Jill, the training mgr is the Awesome! The staff at R.O Katy is no doubt amongst the best in HOuston if the not THE best. I really mean that. Everytime we go out of time we board our guys at Rover Oaks in Katy. They're having the best time, I can call whenever and get updates on how they're doing. The trainers are great there, too and my dogs love Daycare. Whenever I drop them off in the morning, I get 2 tired, worn out dogs back at night. It's great, especially when I can't commit my time to exercise them.
Jill at Daycare does a great job with her "pack". Whenever one has a question about training or behavior problems the trainers (Alex and Shannon) are there to answer everything one wants to know without trying to sell their training classes or board and train.
