Route 66 Auto Care SUCKS!‎

Route 66 Auto Care in Victorville sucks! I went in there to get my windshield fixed and should have known by the hassling I received on the phone that this would not be a good experience. They make you set up an appointment time and force you to give a credit card over the phone, just to "hold your spot" because they receive "SO MANY CALLS." But that's beside the point, I get to this place for my 3 o'clock appointment (at 2:30, so EARLY!) and am met by mechanics standing in the lobby eating del-taco, bs-ing, and one is holding a small child. I stand there for probably 3-4 minutes at the counter before someone even acknowledges me, when finally a RUDE RUDE RUDE blonde Hispanic girl with black roots (only way to describe her that was memorable, sorry) came out and asked why I was there. I let them know I'm here for my appointment, and she tells me it will be an hour and a half wait for my vehicle to be done. I say ok, I brought a friend with me we will be ...
