Excellent Service, Fast Response, Professional Staff
My toilet was not flushing correctly and the water in my master bath was going down particularly slow. I called several smaller local plumbing companies over a few week period and they all told me that I needed to have my drains snaked. I agreed the first two times and the problem would go away for a day or two. When I called Roto-Rooter I was blown away by the level of service I received and the education that I was given. First of all, the person who came to my house was well dressed (unlike the two other local guys I called), professional in his presentation and quote, and agreed to clear the line and have a camera put down the drain once it was cleared... FREE!! I couldn't believe it. When we saw that the line was cracked and sand was pouring into the drain line, I was given several options to fix the problem once and for all. I had Danny (the plumber who helped me find and solve my problem) come back the following day and dig up the broken part of my pipe. I was thrilled to have my bathroom and toilets back in working order. I can't say enough about these guys. They really do care about their customers. They don't make a mess and they offer real solutions to your problem when other companies don't even bother to find the issue causing your symptoms. I love these guys. I won't use anyone else in the future.
