I needed to fix my bathtub drain system. i called the service and they sent a person in about two hours. they were polite enough to call me that the service person was on his way. The plumber explained the problem to me and explained the type of plumbing system that i have is old and problematic which is fine. WHAT i think the huge problem i have is their pricing!! To have a person shove a motorized metal snake into a drain hole press a button for 7 minutes then charge about $400.00 with tax is crazy high prices. It would have cost me $165.00 to buy the same equipment at Home Depot.Now i know better.
