After an ACL repair in 2007, my surgeon sent me to Paul Rossman and his associates. I didn't stay long. Even though I had enough scar tissue to mandate an emergency second surgery, Rossman and company tried to break it up themselves. ...

After a knee injury in 2007, I was a patient here for two weeks before promptly seeking assistance elsewhere. During recovery, my knee developed a lot of scar tissue and although I would later have a second surgery to repair this, the therapists at Rossman felt it necessary to tear it up themselves. I entered their office 5 times, at the behest of my surgeon, only to be sat down on a table, given a box of tissues and a tongue depressor to bite on, and have my knee bent until I was in excruciating pain. My cries of pain were ignored and even though I asked for the bending to stop, I was told it was "the only way I would get better." I would NEVER recommend this office to anyone, friend or foe. Since Rossman, I have worked 5 with physical therapists in Texas and Minnesota, all of whom have abhorred the practices used here.‎
