Rosie's Flower And Gifts are the best!!! I called to place an order 10 minutes before them closing and they still took the time to deliver the flowers to my mother-in-law in the hospital that same day. I will be calling Rosie's Flowers and gifts if I should ever need them again.

Reliable: I ordered a flower arrangement for my mother's birthday a couple of hours ago and Rosie's Flowers & Gifts already made their delivery. The unusual thing is that today is Saturday! Being a typical forgetful son, I almost forgot my mama's birthday and being in NYC, I could not take care of it myself at the last minute. I called around, and every shop I tried was already closed . Rosie's promptly answered my call, took my order and promised to speedily delivery it without any rush charges or haggling. Within two hours, my mother was getting her beautiful birthday bouquet. Out of State Client (Florida): Rosie's Flower Shop, has been there when I needed them more. After my mother passed away in Edinburg, Texas I thought that it was going to be hard for me to send my mother flowers to her grave on special occasions or just because I missed her due to living in Florida, however I was supprised to know that Rosie's Flower Shop took CC's over the phone and would deliver my mother's roses to her grave. They new just the right bouquet to send my mother when I expressed my feelings and what I wanted. I want to thank them for making me feel like I was their delivering the flowers myself.
