My wife and two of my three children have visted Drs. Roark & Dickey over the years (20+). I met Dr. Roark at 4 am just before surgey on my son when he was 2 years old at the time. Dr. Roark was unbelievably self confident and competant. My son never had an ear problem again, except swimmers ear (14 years later). It was always handled well and usually prevented by Dr. Roark's intstruction.

These are two of the finest ENT doctors in the world. I finally saw Dr. Roark myself and in no time he had me back on track.

Dr. Appling took his time, I mean really took his time to find out what was causing the ear problems my little boy of 9 months was having. He was thorough, like doctors use to be.

My daughter has had 7 ear infections in the first 6 months of her life. Her pediatrician said we couldn't do tubes until she was at least 1 year old. I went to Rosewood and within 1 week Maddy was scheduled for surgery. Now she is the happiest little girl and has had 0 ear infections since. Dr.Brauchle was wonderful at Texas Childrens and has been ever since. He takes time to explain everything and really makes you feel your little one is in good hands. Plus he's a real cutie too!! :)

I came in for a sinus infection. I waited more than 45 minutes before being seen. It was my first time at this clinic because I have never had this problem before. Dr. Prichard was available to see me. He was very quick with his exam. He seemed nice enough, but the medicine he gave me didn't work. I came back to see him 2 more times but I'm still not better. I was so frustrated I went to find another ENT. I found out that he just graduated so I don't think he knows what he's doing yet.

I have finally walked away from this clinic in frustration after 5 yrs.The girls at Rosewood Allergy dept giving you your shots are just rude; plus the waiting area is not patient friendly with negative signs all over and old magazines to read which are ripped and thrown everywhere.Plus the hours of operation is a joke, there is no reason to close a clinic for lunch when you have a staff that big, if they cared for their patience they would eat in shifts keeping the clinic open during patients lunch hours. Mr Parker would never retest me or change my serum after years of complaining of being seriously ill during spring pollen. After 5 yrs of no change I left and already feel like this new allergy clinic will care about my treatment; at the first testing day they gave me a list of foods to stay away from during the spring that will cause my allergies to become worse. There are to many allergy clinics out there and this one from my opinion just does not care......
