I had pretty crappy credit but they got me approved and treated me really nice. I got an Accent at a payment I could afford...wish i could afford that genesis but maybe next time. Very very happy :)

Everyone was friendly and helpful. Just a great atmopshere. I had a woman salesperson who was fantastic. I would recomend this dealer to anyone looking to buy car..and I love my Hyundai

I’ve got to admit, I’m baffled by the negative reviews I’ve seen on this site for Roseville. I’ve had very good service from them for as long as I’ve been a customer of theirs. They’ve never been rude to me, never tried to deceive me, and have never tried to bully me in any way. I got my Hyundai Sonata from them 2 years ago, and it was in great shape, plus the financing was very reasonable. Everyone treated me with respect and courtesy, and they all seemed very knowledgeable about their fields. They’ve even been great about contacting me for regularly scheduled maintenance, and anytime I’ve called them about something, like the time I needed my starter fixed, they’ve always gotten back to me right away and gotten any repairs done quickly. I’ve been very happy with this dealership, and I’d encourage anyone looking for a car, especially a Hyundai, to go to them.

The customer service at Roseville Hyundai is the worst. Do not trust the sales people, do not trust the sales managers, do not trust service, do not trust the service managers. They will lie and say whatever they have to in order to get you to buy the car and have no intention of following through with their promises. They tried the bait and switch and are guilty of false advertising. Worst experience ever!!
