I know most people working in medical offices have a lot to do, but these people go beyond rude!! I have a kind of insurance that asks for a referral, and the 2 times that I called for referrals, they said they would have it in two days. Guess what? I called a week later the day of the appointment and they had no idea what I was talking about, so I had to reschedule my appointment and miss another day at work because of their incompetence.
Also, the girl at the window, and who answers the phone, i don't know exactly what her problem is, but anything you ask her she is gonna give you an answer to make you shut up. She will get loud with people, hang up the phone on you, and things that make me never wanna go back to this place!
be careful!! If you are having a good day they are most likely TO RUIN IT!
