Needed marker for wife's grave. After selecting marker, Rose checked with the cemetary and let me know the selected marker did not meet the requirements of the cemetary. Selected new marker but were not happy with any of the available art work which was extensive. Worked with Rose to locate some artwork from the internet which we liked. Selected red as the background color for our bronze marker. Rose then successfully argued with the cemetary to accept the marker with red as the background color. They installed it and it looks great. Total time was more than preferred but understandable.
