I wish I could state the same as the review before mine but unfortunately that's not the case. When I set out to hire an attorney I was looking for someone who could help me get more physical custody of my kids and get my divorce finalized. Now, going into the 9th month that I've been relying on his legal services not much more has been resolved since I hired him. A little progress has been in the situation w/ my kids but it's not because of anything he has done, I've just complied with what the mediator recommended. When it comes to matters with my divorce he hasn't done anything. There has been one meeting over the divorce (last week) and I give credit to the other attorney for taking the initiative to get it set up. It is almost impossible to get a hold of him. I have to call and leave numerous messages before I hear back from him. The turn around time is literally up to a week. In the past he sets appts. with me and cancels. At one point he told me he had a heavy workload. Now he just says lets meet next week. Next week comes and goes with no meeting because you can't get a hold of him in time. Why did you take on my case? If I could get a hold of him I'd be interested to know just how many hours he has logged on the books for my case. Very unsatisfied.

a good attorney is hard to find and i feel lucky finding mark rose. his office is across from the park - in a small brick building. mark has helped my family with many different cases (divorce, living trusts, 1 lawsuit) and we have found him to be understanding, professional and bright. i've recommended him to other people who agree with me after using mark's services. the parking is kind of a pain - it's on alhambra - so be prepared to try and find a space, but for peace of mind - it's well worth it.
