GREAT!
Rosa's was fantastic. After having a VERY bad experience at my first wedding dress shop, I was worried. Rosa (Jr) spent three HOURS with us, until 7 PM, finding the right dress for me. She laced me up in EVERY dress I wanted to try on. She was patient, encouraged pictures, and really just made me, and my mom and friend, really comfortable. She was FUN too, she made us laugh, and we all had a really fun time. I ordered my dress, and will order all of my bridesmaids' dresses through Rosas shop. It was just a really great experience. I loved the store and I loved both Rosas. :)

GREAT "NEIGHBORHOOD" BRIDAL STORE!
I didn't know these type of businesses still existed. You know, the family-owned kind where the store owner knows you by name (and you know hers because it’s on the sign out front), where she’ll tell you honestly how she thinks you look in that dress, and will let YOU decide what YOU want to buy! Not only that, but she WILL NOT sell you something that doesn't fit or that she doesn't feel is right for you. She will make sure you absolutely LOVE it before you buy it! Rosa's Shop is your neighborhood, family-run shop with amazing service, a FANTASTICALLY HUGE INVENTORY (to the point that it's a little overwhelming!) and GREAT DEALS! This is NOT a fancy bridal salon with “appointments only” written on the window. You’re ALLOWED to touch the dresses at Rosa’s - heck! You can even take them off the r@ck and try them on!!

I initially went to Rosa’s because she carries a large inventory of the Maggie Sottero dresses that I like. I didn’t find anything I absolutely LOVED the first time, so I went back several months later to give it another shot. Rosa is so kind and friendly that I felt I was walking into a friend's place the second time I went in. After a long hour or so of trying on several dresses (AGAIN) the last one was THE ONE! But Rosa wouldn’t sell it to me because it didn’t fit. Not only did she hold the wedding gown of my dreams for me for nearly 3 weeks in the back while I vacillated between buying it and finding something else, but she actually let me BORROW IT - MORE THAN ONCE - to get several alteration estimates! What trust! What service! In the end, I DID buy the dress AND for an EXTREMELY LOW PRICE!!

Thank you, Rosa, for your trust, your help, your kindness, my BEAUTIFUL wedding gown, and for the absolutely WONDERFUL experience at Rosa's Shop! I hope to be back soon!

Tired of David?s Bridal? I am!
That?s why I went to Rosa?s Shop. This is such a great place with plenty to choose from. Rosa knows what she?s doing! She makes great recommendations on shoes, veils and even hair styles and also recommended a seamstress. It?s stress free and I felt comfortable looking and pulling dresses from the racks. I had such a great time at this shop, I would suggest this to every bride to be!

Best wedding dress experience ever!
I went to Rosa's shop to try on a Maggie Sottero wedding dress that I had actually already tried on elsewhere. Not only did she have the dress for me to try on, she had it for half the price that the first store had been selling it for! Rosa is a lovely woman who knows how to help brides find what they want and need. She's no-nonsense and will tell you exactly what she thinks and I could not have been more grateful for that. She and her mother are like wedding dress superheroes to me and every other woman I have met in the store. Thank you so much, Rosa!

Best Service and really knows her stufff!!
Smallish store in Culver City...no appointment needed! no hassle to buy...I tried on as many dresses as I liked. Maria asked if I needed help or not, and for me, I'm not too comfortable with people being in the dressing room with me, so I said if I needed help I'd let her know, and she was very attentive when I did call over the curtain for some zipping up :-)

I great selection of all styles of gowns, prices range from $400-$1400 (was the most expensive dress that I saw.) Also, a wide selection of shoes, veils, bridesmaid, and flower girl dresses. Rosa's also is a good place to get Communion and Christening gear for the little ones.

Today I called in to ask about a Maggie Sottero dress and all I had was a style number. Maria first went on the Maggie Sottero website to help me, while I was on the phone with her, but she couldn't find the dress. She told me that she had a bunch of catalogues, and if I called her back in 10 minutes, we'd have the dress name. I called back about 10 minutes later, and she had found the name of the dress! It is discontinued. She asked me where I was buying the dress from, I told her where and how much. She was so excited that we had found the dress, and recommended that I should snatch it up for that price!

I loved that, although I was not buying anything from her store, she was very attentive with me while on the phone and seemed genuinely excited that we had found the name and the original retail price.
