My wife and i, bought a sectional from these people at 35th ave and Northern. (the Room Store) it was the worst place I ever bought anything. They were deceitful from the get go. The down payment was no where in the pricing and received a free tv as they say but the tv was actually already paid for by me. These guys don't know what they are talking about, kept changing stories and are just dishonest. I would not recommend these guys to my enemies let alone friends. "stay away" I returned everything I got from them, and you don't get your money back. Be careful.

Husband and I ordered a tv table and were promised 2 week delivery. Didn't receive a call from the store after 3 weeks so called them to find out where my table was. They said it would be another 2 weeks. Another 2 weeks go by, no table and no call from customer service with any information. Call them again, this time to cancel the order. The store manager promised the table would be in and ready for delivery in one more week. One week later, no call from them, no delivery. Call them again, going to be another 2 weeks. Cancelled the order and had to wait 14 days for a refund. Found the exact same table online at a different retailer for less money and got it in 2 weeks. We won't bother with The Roomstore in the future. I'd recommend going there if you want ideas and then find the furniture you want elsewhere (online) so you can get it in a reasonable timeframe.‎

The Roomstore is good place for inexpensive furniture. The salespeople here can be a bit pushy and tend to follow you around the store but they have some nice stuff.
