Ron Neely allows a diceitful and dishonest business. Friday April 10th my daughter called for a jump start and the AAA vehicle started her car, then asked here to shut it off and try and restart it. Of course, when it didn't start, the helpful gentleman told her she needed a new battery, which he happeded to have with him. $125.00 later she was on here way. Long story short, Mr Neeley brought back my battery yesterday @ 5PM and put it back in my car and guess what. The car started right up. These people should lose the AAA franchise, because the are nothing but highway thieves and robbers. If it had been Megan McKernan, Tom McKernan's daughter. They would be done. By the way, Tom McKernan is the president of AAA of Southern Calif.
