My parents brought my 2001 Volvo wagon here after the Check Engine light came on while they were on vacation with the car in Texas. I looked up Romay's and it had good reviews, so I told them to go there. Excellent service, very honest, a great place. Very happy.

Had the dreaded "Check Engine" light. Dealer wanted 95 bucks
Had the dreaded "Check Engine" light. Dealer wanted 95 bucks just to look at my 06 Odyssey. Took it to Romay's, and spent half that to diagnose and make the simple repair. They were very friendly and very quick, about a one hour turn around. Granted, it was a simple thing, but I was very pleased with the service.

Romay's was great. They fixed two of my cars and were really honest about it. Could have charged me more but didn't. All the car guys seem to take their cars to this place. Of course, they're really mechanics so don't expect kissy sweety service. They have a night drop too.

Horrible PR: i strongly do not reccomend romay's auto service to anyone because i called them to get information on service and not only were they rude they told me that they would call me back after lunch with my estimate and they never returned the call.

Romay must be richer than rich these days. His clientele include the very affluent in high-class mercedes and other high profile cars. Be prepared to get good service but pay for it. They specialize in imported cars as you'll see a lot of jaguars/mercedes/range rovers outside in their lot. They have grown a lot. They used to have a small garage off S.P.I.D. Amazing growth.

PROS: Great work
CONS: $$$$
