believe it or not this place is average... there isn't too many people living there on welfare or too many blacks hanging out smoking weed! the best thing about this place is 50% OF THEM ARE EMPTY!!! plenty of parking! it is DARK outside and need more lightings. At one point, they are apartments!!! So like all apartments if you live downstairs, you will hear what upstairs are doing. I wouldn't say the walls are toilet paper thin, just paper thin. Most units you will never get sun lights. you would have to turn lights on everywhere you go, It is DARK inside. The fat white lady manager in leasing office and a residence there is bitchy. she weights about 210 but she is at the gym daily. She acts like she cares about her health but she is hopeless...she needs to stop eating!!! over all this place is a bit pricey for an apartment living/condo.
