I've lived here for 2 years. When I moved in they told me I had one deposit for 400ish bucks, they turned it into 2, and one was refundable one was not. Same thing when I got a cat. 900 dollar deposit at this falling apart old apartment complex for a cat?! 450 of it was nonrefundable, and they boosted my rent 20 dollars a month for having the cat. From my experience, maintenance arrives after the call a week later. And no matter how much they spray the cockroaches and poison the mice, I still see them every month.‎

I lived in these apartments for two years. They are very quiet and roomy. Pets allowed. Maintenance is prompt. Office staff friendly and cooperative. Parking is tight, however, and only one washer and dryer in the laundry room of each building.‎

Do not leave anything blank when you sign or initial. Do not believe anything other than what is written down on paper.‎
