I been to Dr. Rofe for nearly 10 years now. I think he is a very good dentist. He is very good at his work and his office staff are all very friendly and kind.

I saw Dr. Rofe twice. For the first time, I did not feel good, but not so terrible. Dr Rofe did the oral examination and left the room without any word. He did not communicate with me at all. He did not discuss any treatment plan with me. During my second visit, I gave him my feedback. Then he became very rude. He stopped my oral examination in the middle of the process. What's even worse is later he charged me and the insurance company $380 for some service he has never done during this visit. I never imagined a dentist could behave so poorly before. Unfortunately, now I experienced all these and I am convinced Dr. Rofe is not only a bad communicator, he is also dishonest. He did not accept a patien's suggestion and refused to improve. If he can do all these bad things to me, he can do all these to you. Dr. Rofe is the last dentist you should see. But for me, I won't even see him even if he is the last dentist in the world.‎
