It took FIVE days before they started working on my bike, and they never met their deadline. They said they would get it done within a week, and they took two weeks instead. They also said that if they found out that it would take longer they would call me and me you know, which they didn't do ever. I always was the one to call them, and they just kept saying they'd call me back when they were finished. Its extremely expensive for such lousy service! I never want to go back! I'd rather travel further to get better service.
