I replied by comment but it isn't visible unless you join and sign in - which isn't fair to us. It remains unfortunate that Dean followed through on his threat to try and discredit our business - only joining this site just to do so - after this bill was resolved with his partner. We did not charge them differently or more than for the first two jobs, so I still can't understand how he feels surprised or tricked. (We have been charging the same rates by ZIP Code since 2003.) It's clear he doesn't have a problem with the quality of our work, so why the poison post?

Did excellent work first time in.. came on time and bill seemed fair for worked done. the second time... good estimate and stayed with the estimate. Work again fit the bill. The third time - got ya. Minor jobs, and discussion of future work. When time for the bill - whoa!!

Pros : personalble, knowledgble, work above average.

Cons : has a dispatch charge AND a hourly rate.. to have them walk through your door is $119.00 ( the charge minimal 1/2 hour is $54 PLUS $65 dispatch fee). charge) Obviously, hit the office staff on a bad day - needs work on bill disppute skills - courtesy / customer appreciation kinda went out the door.
