Office Teams has poor staffing turnover, they employ temps for their entire staffing office, and those temps change approximately every 2 weeks which makes communication very difficult, they are not consistent with placing in assignments and does not follow up with returning phone calls, on top of all of that they offer the lowest payrate for the same competitive positions.
