I had an excellent experience using RMB Construction to add a second story to my home. The addition was 1000 sq. ft. in size. All costs were provided up front, including permits and fees (every other company excludes these “surprises” from the total cost of the construction, then you are stuck paying them out of pocket). You will not find a more cost effective contractor out there. There entire project was completed more than a month ahead of schedule and right on budget. There were no charges for minor changes during construction and they were extremely flexible during the entire process. I highly recommend RMB Construction and will definitely use them again.
