The mobile home park has been in the community for many years and is now is in the process of becoming a senior park. The rent is the least expensive in the the city and the mobile home community is like a big family. Bev and Joe have been great owners/managers for years with the goal of keeping the prices as low as possible.

PROS: The least expensive mobile home park with a comfortable family atmosphere.
