I have had nothing but good experiences with this clinic with the many animals I have taken there. Their prices are very reasonable and the staff has always been very friendly and helpful.
I have used this vet many times since I have found him. He has done SUPERB work with my dogs. I know the late night pick up is unusal, but it works out really well because I never have to go thru rush hour traffic to get my dogs. I travel all the way from North Austin to South Austin to go to this vet. He is GREAT! I would have spent a fortune at other vets in town. Not only are the services very affordable, my dogs have gotten the best care too! He followups up with them over and beyond what any other vet would do. I HIGHLY recommend this vet!! The office workers and vet techs have always been extremely friendly and knowledgeable.
Let me start by saying that I have never been moved to write a review until this clinic so THOUROUGHLY convinced me that it was of the utmost importance. This vet clinic lacks organization, planning, capability and basic customer service skills. They are rude and unknowledgeable and completely incapable of managing appointments. I took my cat in for an "elective procedure" only to be told that I should leave and they would get to her when and if they had a chance. 8 hours later at 8:00 p.m. they informed me that they might be able to get to her by midnight but couldn't make any promises. Anyone who has a cat knows how traumatizing an 8 hour stay in a cage at a vet's office full of meowing and barking pets is. When I protested saying that perhaps better planning on their part was necessary in order to honor appointments I was called an "ungrateful client" who they "had no time for". They are so insecure in their veterinary ability that they will not even allow the pet's owner to be in the room for any sort of appointment (annual shots, minor procedures, illness, etc.) When I took my dog in they dragged her into the back room to give her shots without my presence to reassure her. My normally very calm and sweet dog acted as they said "aggressively and would have to be sedated upon further visits". This is INSANE!! That speaks for complete incompetence. Every other vet I have ever been to has had nothing but love and praise for her. I will NEVER step foot in there again and neither should you.
