I went there for a routine check-up as a new patient. I have PPO insurance and so I went in 15 min earlier than scheduled to complete my paperwork. They took and another 30 min to verify the information with my insurance as well as gather information on what things they cover. An hour into it they called me to the back to take a full mouth x-tay-- and the technician seem to have some problem working the machine... well to my realization, it was the front end desk clerk handling the machine. She then proceeded to get the right person for the job who happened to know what she was doing-- but had to redo ALL the x-rays taken(over exposure to radiation). Then once that was done, I was sent into an office to wait for the dentist-- who showed up 30 min later-- if you are keeping track of time we are at 1 1/2 hrs. Then the dentist reviewed the x-rays and sent the clerk back to the do some "additional" verification of services by the insurance-- 20min go by then I the clerk shows up ...
