Persistent Care

It is amazing to read some of the other (negative) reviews. Whereas I can see how they got to their conclusions, it doesn't match my outcome. I came in yesterday at 4pm Saturday and they worked on my server for four hours and charged me $45 or 'diagnosis', or one hour. My particular problem required a motherboard they didn't have in stock and the symptoms I had were so quirky. I built this machine but didn't know what was up with it. They stuck with it until we were all in agreement on next steps. Great conversation and service for me!‎

Don't go here, not worth your time.

They are way too overpriced. It is worth your time to find an alternative. Their service is terrible, the workers aren't bad, but the owner/manager is hard to talk to. I feel like I have to pry for further information about my computer. It is very frustrating dealing with them. Want to know exactly how much they will over charge? They charged me $17 for a cable that costs $2. That's an 850% increase.‎

DO NOT COME HERE!!! THEY DONT KNOW COMPUTERS

One of the two sticks of ram in my lab top blew out, so i brought it over to this place to see what they would say was wrong. It took them THREE whole days for them to tell me wrong information that my motherboard died. They asked me for over 300$ to replace the motherboard and in reality the only problem was the ram a 20$ fix. I replaced the ram for 20$ bucks and my computer was running like new. The workers here are also impolite and rude, they will do anything for a buck and try to take advantage of people who look like they dont have any computer knowlege. if any body charges you over 300$ to fix a computer your better off buying a new. DO NOT COME HERE ITS A SCAM A RIP OFF. SAVE YOUR MONEY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!... They overcharge by 200% and the place is messy and dirty.‎
