After three months of trying to solve my billing problems,
After three months of trying to solve my billing problems, Riverside Bank has not been able to correct these ongoing problems. I recieve rude and accusing collection calls and my account is paid as agreed with added payments to reduce my mortgage balance. I intend to contact Joseph M. Rusnic, Executive Vice President and Senior Lending Officer on December 3, 2009 to again try and resolve the abusive treatment I have recieved trying to get help from their branches in St Lucie West and Fort Pierce. It appears as if the bank policies towards the treatment of customers have taken a back seat to their profits!
