simply the best people doing the best job

So far, I have brought my car to Riverside Auto four times, and every time has proven to be a good decision. In July, my car decided not to start, so I brought it in. They put in a new starter, and it worked just fine. However, in October, starting my car had become difficult. I brought it in again, they admitted it was a bad starter, and put a new one in FOR FREE (it was still under warranty). The guys at Riverside Auto always know what they are doing as well as explain everything thoroughly to the customer. The only thing that prevents this from being a 5 star review is because of the slightly high prices. Being from small town Minnesota, I'm used to lower prices for car repairs. However, they offer discounts for students as well as AAA members. I would highly suggest bringing your car to Riverside Auto!

Everything so far in this shop has been good, but the only negative thing about this place is that the prices for the body work of your car is kind of high. Not that its oh my gosh, through the roof prices, but it's not like your average charges for the body repairs for your car. But other than that they have an excellent service going on. They won't let you leave the shop until your are completely satisfy with their service, and their staff is well trained. They were very honest in letting me know and helping me understand what was my car's problems, and what would be done so the car would be repaired. They can fix anything on my car from scratches to dents. They do it in a quickly time, so that is another huge plus in going into this shop. The workers are very friendly and work together greatly. I highly recommend this shop to anyone.

I have always been happy with the service at Riverside. They are honest, and try to give you a reasonable deal. They even give free advice. I decided to replace a part myself rather than pay $200 in labor and they told me how to do it. They always let me dispose of used oil and usually even help me clean the pail. nice guys.

I friend of mine pulled the name from some local web site and I took a chance. My service engine soon light came on and I was worried since I drive a lot for work. They gave me a ride back and to the shop when the car was done.

Nothing was wrong. They ran just some minor tests on the computer and told me that the car was ok (the gas cap was not on tight once). The owners were very friendly (3rd generation family owners) and very customer service oriented. I was very impressed.

I was counting on $300-400 bill, but they only charged me for the tests and labor. I paid around $120.

FYI: Bring your AAA card, 10% discount. I had a coupon and got 10% off too (I did not have a AAA membership).
