BUYER BEWARE
If you are buying a pool from Rupert Ortiz, please beware. I did less than a year ago and everything has gone wrong. He also has a second company called Apiscina pools. Why does somebody need two different pool companies? Apiscina pools also has a picture of my pool on it's web page, they didn't build my pool. Makes you wonder.......? Feel free to contact me for further information, medicoloco93@hotmail

Oh my god! Cry babies....
I was looking at all the other pool people city search reviews out there and people are such cry babies!! Face it, most people want to complain about something. Now I can't speak for the other companies, but Enoj Pools made my pool and did a dang good job doing it. Rupert was professional, answered all my questions and my family is completely happy with the pool in our backyard. They did have to reschedule the concrete for the next week than planned initially, but sometimes THINGS Happen. Rupert always kept me in the loop. I'm sure a company would not NOT just build your pool after you've given them the money. With the contract we signed, Enoj Pools got the money AFTER the work was done. Duh. That's how it usually works. People are so dumb. Anyway, great job guys.

The worst customer service I have ever seen
I am in the construction business so I know people get busy. Rupert Ortiz with Enoj pools was Johnny on the spot before he got most of his money. They never show up when they are suppose to. They do not even call, they just do not show up. He sent his wife out to pick up the check before the concrete was even dry. They did a "VERY" bad job of applying the cool deck. It was very uneven. They returned and chipped it up and tried to apply white over the Sedona Tan. I called him and was told that I did not know what I was talking about when I told him it was worng. Well I had just gotten off the phone with the cool deck maker Martex. They re-applied a second coat and it is worse that the first as far as texture and it is not even the same color. The white bonding agent is bleeding through and it is now peeling up. Who does not know what he is talking about now? The Martex rep who came and looked at it told me it was a "very" poor job and it was not even applied by means of their approved process. I cannot get him to return calls or emails. I wish I had never used him amd if you do you will be sorry.

Dewey Elsik by Dewey E. at InsiderPages
I made a big mistake contracting with Rupert Ortiz and Enoj pools to build our pool. They were never on time and made every excuse in the book when they did show up. We are going on almost 4 months and my pool is still not complete. They have been back 3 times to repair the cool deck and now it will have to be completely removed at great expense so they can start over. The cool deck rep told me this is one of the worst jobs he has ever seen. Feel free to contact me so I can stter you away from this company.
