I do not know what they are like as a tattoo shop but I went there to purchase a stud for my nose piercing. The gentleman who helped me was very nice and answered my questions. I chose a stud but wanted a clear stone as opposed to the colored stones in the same style. He said that we would check in the back. When he came out the stud was already in the autoclave bag and sealed and I was told that this was the clear stud. He told me that I would be able to return it only if the bag was sealed. When I got home and opened the bag, I found that they simply gouged out the colored stone to make the stud appear clear and sold it to me. I had to open the bag to realize that there was no stone there and because I did, I cannot return it. I am sorry, but this is absolute thievery and I would never shop here again. I am so upset by these intentionally deceptive practices.‎

This is the best place in town to get piercings. Jessika is fantastic and the jewelry selection is huge. Would recommend River City to anyone.
