We ordered 14 windows and River city exteriors did a very good job so we ask Jim to come back to our home to add the sunroom on our patio. I recommend this company to anyone. Thank you for a well done job.

We are very satisfied with our decision to hire the guy's over at river city. They performed there installation professionally and finished our job in record time. They completed all there work as agreed upon. We are enjoying our sunroom so much we had Jim return and install 15 new replacement windows. I was told by Jim Dixon and Rch Hall that if I was not able to get financed my deposit would be promptly refunded. That was over a month ago and after numerous attempts through emails and phone calls I was informed by Jim Dixon that for me to do whatever I needed to do and he also hung up on me. This is not a professional way to run a business. Aside from their lack of professionalism they deceived me in order to put down a deposit informing me that I would get it back if I couldn't get financed. Well this consumer has learned her lesson and I will be getting in touch with the Better Business Bureau.
