This store is constantly out of stock of alot of products i shop for such as paper towels, toilet paper detergent, cat litter, makeup, cigarettes, etc. The check out employees are very slow and a little rude. There is one person who rings people and even if the line is 10 people long they still wont call for help. The managers i see are usually standing around and if they see the line getting long they walk away or go into their office. When items go on sale and i go in there to purchase one it seems they are always out of that product and claim to have none in the back. Word of advice for the employees of rite aid on malabu dr. if things are going on sale order enough so that more than 3 people can purchase a sale item. Order enough cigarettes for the week and get the quality of service from a 1 star to 5 stars. No one wants to go into a store and be spoken to in a rude tone and wait in line for 20 min and ignored when in need of help. The only thing i find pleasing about this store is the pharmacy and its staff. They always have my prescription ready when i go in to get it and they are always friendly. The rest of the store would be smart to follow in suit of the pharmacy.

Great Location‎
This Rite Aid is great location and has the items that you need. It also has extended hours. I like to come in here often and this is a store that makes me happy. Only concern is that they change their store shelves once in a while and sometimes it dosen't work out for me.‎
