ATROCIOUS SERVICE
ATROCIOUS SERVICE: This is the most unprofessional drug store chain I have ever seen. They are slow. They tell you to call in your prescription and pick it up in an hour. You wait two hours, go by to pick it up, they still don't have it ready. Very often they do not have enough medication on site to completely fill my husband's prescription, so then we have to drive 2 miles up the road to CVS Pharmacy to get it filled. The employees take their time and they do not have enough employees on duty at peak times. I stood waiting for my prescription, and while waiting at least two other patrons had some kind of trouble with their prescription. And you could see the displeasure written all over their face. It's pathetic. So if anyone knows how to improve customer service at this facility, I sure would appreciate it!
