Why do the pharmacists hate the customers...‎
went to the Rite Aid on Calhoun to pick up my prescriptions for a year because they were convienent to my home and work. 9 out of 10 visits the 2 male pharmacists acted rude and hostile- which really is terrible when you already feel sick to begin with. I finally got sick of it and tranferred my prescriptions to CVS- where they are nice, tell you about the medication they are giving you and are happy that you are a customer and happy that you are spending your money there. The other day I was in a position at work where i had to have my Drs office call in a prescription-- walked over there from MUSC and was happy to see they had new parmacists...who, upon speaking to them- where just as hateful and hostile. I told them that my Dr had called in a medication for me and I was there to pick it up. They told me they had not recieved any kind of a call from my Doctors office and that I needed to call my Drs office and tell them. I called and my Doctors office told me they had left a message ...
