We joined Ritcheys 3 years ago (1 daughter). Kim (director) is 100% about the kids; she has a fun and outgoing personality. She will do whatever she can to assist the kids in learning; if there is something that can better the kids (including at home) she will relay that to the parents. When our daughter first started she did not know colors, numbers or her alphabet. After 3 months she could identify all colors, numbers 1- 10 and she knew half of her alphabet. Our daughter has continued to grow at Ritcheys. She is prepared for Kindergarten next year (she could have started early, but we are letting her have another year of fun). Schedule is great, the kids get play time, naps and they have circle time (learning time) everyday. Ritcheys believes in redirecting for corrective behavior, they do not put your child in time out, which is amazing, so many schools put children in time out instead of talking to them about the problem and redirecting them from the problem. We love Ritcheys!
