I don't need to write a lot. They are very professional, friendly and basically by asking you a few questions, they know exactly what you're really looking for. We purchased a set of rings for both of us and we compared prices and quality with other jewelry stores and we end up getting it from Rita's Jewelry, for many reasons, like we've got good quality diamonds, custom design rings and they treated us like friends.

I was going to all these jewelry stores to find out about jewelry and diamonds, but no one was willing to help me.
I went to Rita's Jewelry, in Mission Viejo and before I ask them something, they start telling me about jewelry, diamonds and color stones. I was there for about an hour, and I did learn a lot. When I got home that day, I was thinking about my visit to Rita's Jewelry and especially what the owner told me. "We always educate our customers, even if they don't buy anything". Two days later, I went back to Rita's and I purchased my future wife's wedding ring.

I wasn't sure if I was doing the right thing or not, but my friends convinced me to go to Rita's Jewelry, to do my wife's custom design necklace. And they were right! I'm so thankful to my friends, I listened to them. Rita's did excellent job and I like the details you can see on the necklace. Too bad I can't display a picture of it, so people can see the quality of the workmanship. ( Companies roules, no pictures of custom design pieces).

My father's old Omega wrist watch stopped running. When I took it to these two places, they told me it’s not fixable, because got water inside the movement and it’s damaged to the point they can not fix it. When I took it to Rita's Jewelry, they told me it’s fixable, but they need to replace some rusty parts with new ones. I was so happy when they told me that and I left it there to fix it. Three weeks later, they called me from Rita's, the watch its ready. We also needed to do "re-finish dial", because of the rust damage the dial. When I picked up the watch, looked like a brand new watch. They did perfect job on my father's old watch and I'll wear it again. Thank you.
