While sitting with a couple of friends and my brother who had ordered two glasses of wine (we had been there half an hour) I was just kicked out of Rioja by the manager, Jake, because I hadn't bought anything. I have never been treated so poorly in my entire restaurant-going life. Rioja is a nice place but their manager is doing the business a terrible disservice by treating people this way. I won't ever be back. I wish I could give this experience a negative star rating -- one is more than it deserved.‎
