Hi. I am a client at your salon. Ashley does my hair and, the other day, Jen did my makeup for some photos I was to have taken after both my hair and makeup were done. Jen asked me to send some photos in case you decide to use them. The fact that both Ashley and Jen took such an interest in making me look my best for the photo shoot meant so much to me. I am very grateful to have had them helping me. I especially want to recognize Jen because, when she found out I was having photos done, she immediately offered to help me with my makeup. I always try to recognize when people in service are going the extra mile. Rigsby is blessed to have such a wonderful staff!

I must agree, that stylists at this salon just want to get you out as quick as possible. I got horrible hair cut from Rigsby, (but very quick one- it's took about 20 minutes, my hair was not even washed before cutting).
I was ashamed to walk out of the salon, did not want anybody to see me looking like that...
I been having my hair done for about 20 years and I KNOW how the good hair cut supposed to look and feel like! All what I could do after this haircut is to pin it back and put it in the ponytail.
I would not recommend this place to any of my friends.

Second-degree burn. I told the woman it was too hot. She glowered at me, turned the temperature down a touch, and immediately kept going. I was red and peeling for days. I've been getting waxes for years so I think I know what to expect. I should have asked for a complete refund, especially for how much I paid.

I love Rigsby Frederick Salon. I have gotten haircuts, highlights, coloring, facials, massages and I am going to my first wax there. The staff is so nice and everyone there is just kind and so caring. They seat you and offer you something to drink. The place is so clean and orderly. Rigsby is the nicest man and he makes you feel so welcome, even if you don't go to him for a haircut. He's still so nice to everyone. Everyone working at Rigsby Frederick is so talented and experienced. I have had the best services there. I would recommend anyone to go there for any service or treatment. You won't be disappointed.

I love the spa at Rigsby's. The massages are great and the spa is in a separate area that is very tranquil away from the busy salon. I've had good luck with their more experienced stylists and bad experiences with their novices. Rigsby's cuts are good and last a long time - they always grow out nicely. Call a week or 2 ahead to get an appointment with him. However, once you become a return custer of his, he wlll do his best to fit you in even if you don't have an appointment. My only complaint is that when he cuts your hair, his trainees style you. If you have a special event, pay extra to have one of the better stylists blowdry and style your hair.
