1. Excellent and knowledgeable service. 2. Easy to work with. 3. Jason is the "go to" guy and I recommend that you have him review your plans BEFORE you build cabinets, etc. He is great about pointing out potential problems and making recs. 4. They go out of their way to satisfy the customer and correct any problems. 5. We are EXTREMELY pleased with their work, time frames, atten. to detail and they were THE MOST RELIABLE of all the subs we used in our new home. 6. As to the 'Very Unprofessional" review...the foul language that I experienced during the building process in general was pretty much the same with all the subs with the exception of just a few. The PROFESSIONAL WORKMANSHIP of this company was "par excellence". I can't say that about most of the other subs(sub par even if they didn't curse)...I can put up with curse words as long as they get the job done well, on time and to my satisfaction. This is a very unprofessional company and I would not recommend them to anyone. They go int he house and you hear head guy cursing out the helpers and using foul language in front of customers. They may be certified and accredited by the Marble Instutue of America but there is nothing professional about them.‎

After finding out that Ricon was the ONLY granite shop in LA that was certified and accredited by the Marble Institute of America, I decided to chose them for my job. The profesionalism and customer service was the shining star during my remodel project. I would never use anyone else.‎
