I wish I didn't have to give them one star. When I was in high school I went into Heroman's to send a balloon bouquet to my boyfriend, so I picked out some balloons and candy and told the lady where and when I wanted it delivered and she said ok well you have to spend more if you want us to deliver it. I can't remember the exact price I had to meet but, that's understandable (to an extent) so, I picked up a card and started to write a message in the card, then she rang up the card, I kept looking around and I grabbed a stuffed animal and added it to the order bringing my total like $2 over the require price. Then she proceeded to tell me that the card didn't count toward a complete purchase price? Which makes no sense at all. So, I bought another item. Well they didn't deliver the item AT ALL! When I went into check they said "oh, well it sure didn't get delivered did it? here it is.. Would you like to take it with you?" Well, no I spent more money ...

Heromans had done nice but expensive flower arrangements for me for several years so when I needed landscaping I called them. They use a sub-contractor who talked me into doubling my budget and then admitted to using substandard bedding ...

I ordered flowers several times from Rickey Heroman's, 3 out of 4 times they were delivered LATE. The flowers were poor quality and died within a couple days. I asked for refund but am still getting billed at the end of every month for that same arrangement. Although the staff was very friendly, and it IS conveniently located, I don't think I will be back.‎
