This appliance store has it all - appliances, mattresses, appliance service and more. We often check there first when looking for a new appliance and have bought several in the past two years. The sales associates - especially Debbie - are very willing to help you find exactly what you are looking for and even call you to follow-up. The personalized service makes them more appealing than the larger chain stores, and their prices are actually the same if not lower than their competitors. We love this store and plan to continue using them.

My extended family and I have bought many appliances from Richmond Discount Appliances, and in fact, we try there first before going to the larger national chain stores. The employees take their time in assisting the customers, but we felt no sales pressure. The selection is usually good, but not great, and occassionally they will not have certain specifications such as a non-standard color appliance. When we have bought, the price has been the same or less than larger stores, and delivery was promptly made soon after the purchase.

PROS: Quality salespeople; fast delivery; good prices.
CONS: Small store so all varieties may not be stocked.
