I go here rarely because they charge so much. Once I had a tune-up done there and they did not place a wire on a spark plug. I heard a ticking as I left the shop. The service manager accused me of trying to get something for free and that they don’t have to sabotage cars to get business. I told him nobody is accusing him of anything to just look at my car. They found that it was their fault and of course there was no apology.

They also have rather rough characters working there now. Maybe that is why fewer young people go there. Most of the people I see having their cars worked on are the older, more gullible people who do not know any better.

We bought a truck from Rice Toyota. The salesperson was professional and friendly, not pushy unlike the other salespeople at the other car dealers we checked out. After doing a test drive, we decided on getting the truck from here. After signing all the paperwork, we were out of there in two hours. A downside is that there is only a few places for customers parking and parking is tight. So on Saturday mornings, good luck finding a place to park.

I visited Rice Toyota in Greensboro, NC to purchase a new auto. The salesman was very nice. I looked at a used car and he said, "A secret between you and me. I ain't gone sell that one to nobody but a Mexican or maybe a colored. It is a piece of junk.. Ha ha ha."

Then, I go inside the store and hear a group of salesmen in an office talking about a pending deal. Salesman #1 said, "Sh**, he ain't trading nothing but a junk pile. What the f--- he think we are...stupid asses? I hate sh** like this." Salesman #2 "Well, you got make him a Jesus promise and then stab him in the back?" Saleman #1 "I gone stab him in the back like a soldier stabbing one of them Iraq motherfuc----!" All the salesmen in the office just laughed and laughed.

So I call and leave numerous messsages in the office for the manager and owner but never get a call back. Another man who was nearby heard it and said he was never coming back to this dealership.
