Ask for Jamal - he is an outstanding stylist that can do anything you want. I love the fact that even though my hair is short, he does it a little differently every time and my husband loves it. I have been going there for a long time and I love it there. I only go to Katherine. She is awesome! I am moving to Texas tomorrow and I am coming back in 2 months just to have her do my hair. She is fair and always does a really great job.

I had a really bad experience at a very well-known threading place in Orange County. They completely messed up my brows and it has taken a year to undo the damage. Luckily, I stumbled on Sameera at Ricca one afternoon 9 months ago and have never looked back. It' s taken a year for the damage to be repaired. Sameera has done an excellent job...my brows have never looked better!

I saw this place on the 11 O'clock news and thought "what a great place to have donated their services to that womans shelter" It also looked beautiful on T.V. so I wanted to check it out. Well turns out that the appointment was easy I called 714-671-0555 because the number here is the wrong one. The salon itself is gorgeous, the people very stylish. I knew right away that I chose the right place. The manager introduced me to my hair stylist and assured me that she would do an excellent job. She was incredible, made me feel like she understood exactly what I was looking for. I wear my hair with a shoulder length bob and it requires someone that really knows how to cut. I am writing this review because my hair looks great! Even when I do it myself! Mr. Manager if you're reading this Nicole was fantastic, Thank you!

I will not ever use this Salon again. Tracy Mills was a terrible hairstylist and did not provide the service that was even close to the price she charged me. I left feeling that I had the worst cut and color I have ever had. For those out there looking for a decent Salon. Ricca Donna is not the salon you want. I would suggest any other Salon as this is a terrible buisness and Tracy Mills was an absolutly terrible stylist and lacks creativity of any sort.
