This attorney's office is very unprofessional. The have no set office hours and there is only someone there about 2 hours a day. When I called to ask at what time I could drop off some paperwork, Mr. Rodriguez told me his paralegal would not get there till about 11a or 12p but he left for lunch at around 2p so I should call before I dropped by. His son is his paralegal and he continuously lied to me about my case. The insurance has been waiting for this attorney to stop dragging his feet for the last two months and when I brought this up to Mr. Rodriguez, he released my case because he said he didn't want to represent pushy clients and then hung up on me! He has been sitting on my case for 4 months. There is no litigation required, just participation and communication on his part, which appears to be too much for this attorney. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else.
