Horrible Experience
I have owned dogs my whole life but this was my worst veterinary experience ever, by far. When I first walked in to the office, the receptionist/vet tech ignored me and didn't even look at me for at least four minutes while she was on the phone, although I stood right in front of her. When she finally did escort my dog and I into the room, the veterinarian came in and asked her my dog's name instead of asking me, and didn't introduce himself to me at all. He didn't try to warm up to my dog at all, who was cowering in the corner. He didn't talk to her, give her treats, or even try to pet her. Then he came at her with a needle to draw blood and of course she urinated on the floor from submission and fear. Then he proceeded to express her anal glands but didn't wipe the area afterwards, opting for a sickly sweet and cheap body spray instead.
