While I have no grief with the office people, the management of the repair people are horrible. They don't know what they are doing, asked to use my tools. They DO NOT ever seem able to resolve a problem and their head repair guy "wes" is a Jacka**.
They do not care about the condintion of this house nor have they seemed to have done anything during the course of the year I have lived here. I would never again rent any property they handle. I wonder do the owners even know how badly in need of repair the homes are?
Broken windows, black mold, falling apart wood, insect infestations, bubbling paint, animals in the attic,.... incompetent people all way round. Stay away from the nightmare....

Rhyne has a maintenance superintendent to identify contractors and schedules the repairs and improvements needed with their work order system and the prices are fair. As an owner, Rhyne's agents are assigned an area of the county and stay in touch with the residents and communicate with residents regarding any issues. They also screen their residents well and I have the best payment history and lowest turnover I have ever had consider my self-management as well as two other local companies I have used.

To the owners, I don't think you'll ever find a property management firm who will take the interest and management in your property like you will, but if you want to be an investor and not a handy man, Rhyne is the best and will work with you to incorporate you desires and special needs.

You can keep looking but you will not find anyone better in this area.

Not a pleasant company to deal with. Very invasive and no feeling of privacy at all. If you are going to rent a single family home in the greater Raleigh area please steer clear of this company. I would not recommend this experience on anyone.
