I needed a plumbing quote for a customer of mine. After gong to a couple plumbers I found RG Smith was the better quote. I was very specific with what my quote covered and by the time the project was finished they did not exceed there quote. Customer was happy with there professionalism, Quality of work and very happy the quote was nearly half of my other quotes. Sounds like if she was quoted a high bid she was probably a pain to work with and she got a PIA Quote. (Pain in the A)

I have been given bids on a few jobs I needed done around the house and have found R.G. Smith to be a little on the expensive side for what I needed done. The person I dealt with was very friendly and outgoing, which made me really want to choose them , but their prices just seemed so much higher than other electricians in town.
