Too bad there isnt a negative star rating. The staff is very rude, not helpful and unorganize. Not to mention they lose NOT misplace but lose clothes. I went to the front to ask what room my mother was in, the slob eating, roll her eyes and pointed to the person behind her. So i asked her why was she eating in the front, isnt there a break room or lunch area.Other visits i told repeatly had to ask for my mothers clothes the were lost.Its fine if it was 1 piece of clothing, but it was 2 shirts with her name on it and a pair of pants.Another time the other residents in wheelchairs were crowded in the front no staff help them move to were they wanted and the staff were there talking in front. A man asked if can move him so i did. Over all if the staff had there family living there being treated unfairly the would speak up as i did. But they have NO compassion for the residents ,it wasnt the residents choice to live there.‎
